Dr Ernest Mutenda is an accomplished ethics and governance specialist with over 18 years of experience in the public sector, with expertise spanning ethics and integrity management, compliance, strategic planning, performance management, policy development, and institutional governance. He is a Certified Ethics Officer with a strong track record in supporting organisations to strengthen accountability, ethical practices, and enhance governance systems within complex institutional environments.

Dr Mutenda brings a valuable combination of strategic insight, technical expertise, and practical ethics institutionalisation experience. 

Musolwa Mable Matsheka, CA(SA), is a qualified Chartered Accountant with expertise in financial reporting, audit, compliance, internal controls, and treasury support. She is recognised for her detail-oriented approach, analytical strength, and ability to operate effectively in demanding, high-accountability environments. 

With an academic foundation in accounting science and professional experience across assurance and finance functions, she brings a well-rounded perspective to financial governance and business support. Her work is grounded in accuracy, integrity, and a commitment to excellence.
